DIGITAL SUNSET: SELF DEFENSE with UKIYO ACADEMY

Join us for a Basics Self-Defense Class with Mickey Remigio, owner of Ukiyo Academy, in collaboration with Serita Collette, founder of Digital Sunset.

We’ll begin with a grounding session led by Serita, followed by light stretching to prepare our minds, bodies, and spirits. Mickey will guide us through beginner-friendly self-defense techniques; accessible, empowering, and no experience needed. We'll close with a meditative cool down, a fireside chat, and a relaxed social hour to connect over culture, community, and shared experience.
