Join us for Self-Defense Class in Glassell Park! We will learn from Jujitsu black belt teachers how to master the basics of self defense.

Digital Sunset aims to teach tools for liberation and get us off our phones and in community. Self defense is a great exploration of body awareness, cultivating confidence and supporting overall wellbeing. Come make a new friend and learn something new!
