Digital Sunset: Bedtime Guided Relaxation

Hi friends, I am holding space on Sunday for guided relaxation in the wake of ongoing ICE raids.

You may be having trouble remembering details. It may be difficult right now to balance multiple realities. You're experiencing complete exhaustion, frazzled, erratic, and numb. Chronic stress manifests differently for everyone. Shitlikaran is a guided relaxation I learned in my early years of study by my master teacher when I was experiencing chest pain that stemmed from stress in 2016. These teachings altered my awareness, discernment and ability to ground into steadiness during challenging moments.

This is prepatory practice for deeper nidra work. For now, we're going to focus on the enty point: rest and relaxation. Many of you who have worked with me know this an area of mine that I specialize in. I'm looking forward to our time together.
